Time Changes or cancellations
Class’ cancellation and reschedule of a class must be notified at least 4 hours in advance via email or contacting the teacher.
If the cancellation or reschedule happens within 4 hours before the class, that class will be charged.
The teacher will await the student for a maximum of 15 minutes, if the student doesn’t show up the class will be charged.
The trial lesson lasts 30 minutes. You are under absolutely no obligation to take any more lessons after the trial lesson.
In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your trial session appointment, we request that you notify our team 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payment and fees
Lessons are paid in advance.
The purchase of a package of hours must be done before booking a class.
Payment for classes can be via PayPal, a safe and secure way to pay via debit or credit card, or TransferWise.
If PayPal is forbidden or does not work in your country we recommend TransferWise, ask our team for our bank details in order to make the payment.
Skypeclases is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, overdraft charges, or other fees.
I reserve the right to change my fees but will notify you in advance of increases.
After finishing your reservation you will receive a confirmation of your payment with the receipt via email.
All transactions are final. There are no chargebacks.
Holidays and Sick Days – Teacher
Holidays will be known in advance. For whatever reason the teacher is not able to make the lesson, the payment sent may be used to schedule a future class. If you would prefer a refund will be given.
